Who We Are at Belcarra

Oliver founded Belcarra in 2020 after 8 years at Knight Frank and is a co-owner of Cornerstone Land.

As a Chartered Surveyor, Oliver's career has spanned locations such as Hong Kong and Dubai, ultimately leading the National Development Consultancy team in London. His expertise includes advising housebuilders, private landowners, and various public bodies on critical projects like commercial property development.

Notably, he spearheaded a £100m+ land acquisition for a plc housebuilder in the southeast of England and managed over 50 disposals for the Metropolitan Police. He also led the project team for masterplan regeneration initiatives in High Wycombe and Maidenhead, along with advising on £300m of grant funding from the Housing Infrastructure Fund.

At Belcarra, Oliver has overseen innovative sports regeneration projects, such as the development of a sport-led regeneration scheme at the Sixways Stadium in Worcester. This project has resulted in a viable, mixed-use masterplan that guarantees the long-term future of professional sport in the region. He is also advising on the proposed Swanley Stadium and Arena project in Kent, aimed at providing a transformational new home for Wasps RFC. Both projects showcase Belcarra's proficiency in merging strategic planning, commercial structuring, and hands-on delivery within complex, multi-phase sites.

In the past four years, Belcarra has successfully: 

sourced, funded, and executed the refurbishment of a 60,000 square foot regional office building; acted as development manager to secure planning for a mixed-use housing-led scheme in central Oxford; sourced and funded the acquisition of an office refurbishment in Glasgow; and purchased and delivered two edge of village housing schemes in Oxfordshire, totaling 15 units.
