Who are we?

Oliver founded Belcarra in 2020 after 8 years working at Knight Frank.

A Chartered Surveyor, Oliver has worked in Hong Kong and Dubai before leading the National Development Consultancy team. advising housebuilders, private landowners and a range of public bodies. This included a £100m+ land acquisition for a plc housebuilder in the southeast, over 50 disposals for the Metropolitan Police, leading  the project team for masterplan regeneration in High Wycombe and Maidenhead, and advising on £300m of grant funding from the Housing Infrastructure Fund.

In the last four years, Belcarra has:

• sourced, funded and delivered the refurbishment of a 60,000 regional office building,
• acted as development manager to secure planning for a mixed-use housing-led scheme in central Oxford,
• sourced and funded the purchase of a development opportunity in Glasgow, and is currently awaiting planning permission.
• purchased and delivered two edge of village house schemes in Oxfordshire with a total of 15 units.
